Commercial Kitchen Sinks - How to clean it
The Kitchen’ overseer is the so us Chef. He is the only person who is take care of everyone working under him and by the end of the shift cleanup is also done. The main motive for the chef is to clean the commercial kitchen sinks so that next chef can use hygiene Kitchen. We can clean the commercial kitchen sinks by splitting the work into five parts: tables, cooking areas, dishes, trash and dishes. There is some important instruction which we have to keep in our mind while clean up the commercial kitchen sinks and the following are- We have to clean and wash the sink and dishes then arrange the dishes in one proper line just next to sink area. We have to take care of that the surface should be clean not even a single drop of fluid will left on the surface because we have to serve the food next day on the same surface for cleaning commercial kitchen sinks. We have to use the Soap, water and scrubbing pad so that we can wash the ovens completely. Then we have to use the wire brush when the grills are hot afterwards we have clean them completely along with the stop top. We have to dispose the trash as earlier before the trash can fill. There is three different ways in which we can clean the floors. First we have clean the floor or sweep them completely then we have washed the floor once with soap water solution and then afterwards once with the plain water so that soap will remove from the floor. Wash and sweep the floor after every two or three hours till the shift ends. In the commercial kitchen sinks we have to clean and take care of all the things and floors is last thing in the kitchen which we have to take care and afterwards our job is done for that day.
